A real-time workspace to create, manage, and coordinate calls for service from intake through clearing. Track units, statuses, locations, activities, notes, and related records so activity stays organized as a call evolves.

Workforce analytics provide insight into officer activity, time tracking, utilization, and workload across the department. Administrators can monitor trends, measure personnel performance, and better understand how time and resources are being used across the department.

The Hero OS is a full featured CAD and RMS system that will replace your existing systems. There is also an officer mobile app that can run on any iOS device or on full laptops like most MDCs.
The platform can take video feeds from any RTSP enabled camera you have access to. This includes static surveillance cameras and dynamic cameras (e.g., bodyworn cameras, in-car cameras, and drones).
We do not train our models on customers data and we don’t have access to your camera feeds without explicit permission.
No. The Hero platform does not store video other than snippets or screenshots that you choose to store as part of Call For Service, Incident or Case records. The Hero RTIC may be able to integrate with your existing VMS to give access to all historical video streams.
Yes, the Hero Platform is generally compliant across all areas covered by the CJIS policy requirements. The platform is architected as SaaS applications hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a CJIS compliant cloud provider. We use a single-tenant architecture with separate accounts and US-region virtual private cloud (VPC) for each customer, which provides account, service, database and network level isolation. We can provide AWS GovCloud as an option upon request.
Yes, the Hero Reporting module was designed to be compliant with the national requirements of the FBI’s National Incident-Based Reporting System. Hero further customizes its Reporting module to support state by state compliance requirements. Reach out to us to learn if we are already operating in your state.
